STML is suitable for all sorts of people – beginners & those who have been on the journey a longer time. It is for anyone who wants to dig deeper into scripture, develop the ministries God has given them & grow toward missional leadership.
We will use live lectures mixed up with worship, prayer & time to just drink a coffee & catch up. Each fortnightly session will run for two hours on a Tuesday evening starting at 19:30 and will include refreshments. A small contribution is requested to cover the cost of resources.
‘How can we integrate more fully what we believe and the choices and actions we take?
STML invites you to slow down and examine your thinking – how you see life, make sense of it, bring your faith to bear on it through your choices and actions. What theology shapes these things? Why do you draw on some Christian resources and not others? We will be learning by doing theological reflection, taking day-to-day experiences and thinking about them using a simple process that combines theology, thinking, prayer and practice.’
